Reasonably smoothly parking on arrival was difficult due to others who parked without thought for others. Staff inside cabin were helpful and considerate.

As we were a lunch time flight there were quite a lot of people waiting for the transfer coach. During busy periods I think there should be more coaches running. Staff nice and friendly though and very pleased with the service/car parking etc. Have used before and will use again. Saved 10% booking with holiday extras so worth it.

it was very busy on our return and the driver was very good to get us all on the transfer bus as quick as possible - the queue for the car keys moved very quickly and efficiently.
