Bus from car park to airport (BRS) was very crowded and therefore we managed to leave one of our suitcases on the bus. Got great support from one member of staff whom we contacted on arrival in resort. She located the case and gave us details for collection on return.

Signposts inside Silver carparks are not clear. I still don't know if there is a pick-up point for disabled passengers for private vehicles.
