No problems what-so-ever. Our return flight was delayed coming back, but got a coach almost straight away, collected the keys and then home.

It wasn't clear when I arrived in the car park on where to park. All spaces looked full and I had to stop off at reception, where they explained how to get to more spaces - which was not clearly marked. But would definitely use again now I know the ropes. I have already recommended it to my family.

Directions for parking not very clear, so we ended up at the far end of the car park. A very helpful employee came to our rescue and was able to find a space very close to reception. BRILL. At 75 and with a back problem, I do have difficulties loading and unloading suite cases. Wheeling them on even surfaces is OK but uneven ground is another question. We were very grateful for the help we received. Thank you.

It's an efficient service and close to the airport. The bus not collecting around the car park is the only downside when you are travelling alone and struggling with your luggage.

I parked the car first without realising there was a longish walk to the bus with our luggage!Not a problem for us,but a reminder to drop the luggage and the missus at the bus stop//office, first would help...You know after the first time of course. Cheers,D.P.

When we arrived at the parking area it was snowed in also ice on the car park, we were directed to the long term parking area by very helpful staff and given a docket to allow us to get out without any problems.
