Having read about the Silver Zone at Bristol Airport, I knew what to expect on entry to the site. Parking the car, and remembering the location number was as it had been previously. What caught me out were the self service key deposit machines. Didn't know about them, however, I managed to follow instructions, and deposit the suitably labelled key, making sure to put the receipt somewhere safe. The shuttle bus was good, although somewhat overcrowded on our return journey. Collecting the car proved to be as before, and I was given instruction as to where I would find my car parked, to then drive away. Exiting the car park was easy, with number plate recognition used from when we'd arrived. Used it previously, and would certainly use it again, taking full advantage of Holiday Extras priceing discount.

Driving out of the airport car park I was stuck at the barrier because it wanted me to insert a ticket as if I was driving in rather than out

We thought from the online site that we would park & take keys with us, so we’re surprised that are keys had to be left as our car would be moved. (We we’re not the only person under this impression)

Everything went totally smoothly, thank you, both on the outward and inward journeys. Did not have to wait at all for the transfer bus both going and returning. Impressive, especially as the inward flight was delayed by over 2 hours. Very grateful for such efficient service

Easy to book Bristol Silver zone on the app. Signposted well and a simple set up there. Efficient system with some staff there to help. Need to get to front of queue to collect keys on return otherwise a short wait.

Never had a problem before over numerous bookings but this time on arrival to pick up car key waited for a while seems like a mix up with my car key. Told which bay to locate car, went to location not my car there. Went. Ack to office not really given an apology, a young boy tried to locate my car… like looking for a needle in a haystack . Fortunately my daughter located it but then no way of contacting the young boy that was looking for it. This added about 40+ to our homeward journey.

When we returned back, you had no idea where our car was parked as no parking bay number was written on the ticket! So we had to wait 40 minutes whilst someone drove around the car park trying to find our car! VERY unimpressed, it’s hardly rocket science is it? ????????????????????????
