We pre-booked a parking space and were informed that number plate recognition would automatically raise the barrier on entry & exit - NOT SO! Doncaster is the only airport where we have this problem. We pressed the 'help' button and the lady was helpful, but this should not have been necessary.

Worked well. Booking was painless. We arrived, entered car park and parked. A week later we flew back, picked up the car and left for home. Perhaps soulless, never once did we speak to a human being.

No problem parking, very short walk to the terminal. Barrier wouldn’t lift on return but staff on the other end of intercom sorted it promptly.

Booking made and charged in excess of £88. The following week I received an email offering the same parking deal for c£77. Overcharged by more than £10. Please confirm if you can refund the additional charge paid.

Simple process from initial booking. The price was good value for money with the location of the car park not even 2 minutes from the terminal. Plenary of spaces to park when we arrived at 3.30am. The only issue we had was the ticket did not work when exiting the car park, however the person on the intercom checked our details and was able to exit the barrier with only a minute or so delay.

Only booked the parking a couple of days before departure as it had slipped my mind. Simple to book, relatively cheap but paid the extra just in case the flight was delayed. The car park operates on ANPR and it was easy in and easy out.

The number plate recognition facility did not work. ‘Number plate not recognised’ message on ticket. Had to speak to Help on exiting car park. Staff were fine but seemed everything not quite good enough. Car park good with plenty of space and short walk to airport. Overall positive

I love Doncaster airport only 2 minute walk from carpark. I trust the safety of my car there too after a nightmare stay at Manchester. I would definitely recommend booking with holiday extras. G
