We parked at Doncaster Airport for 1 week and we were pleased that everything went smoothly. Due to no tickets being issued on entry, the staff on the intercom were helpful even though it was early morning. We will go again from Doncaster.

When we got to the barrier, it didn’t lift up. It was 4 am and freezing. We pressed the button but no one helped and no ticket came out. There was a queue forming. People got out of their cars asking what was the problem. I went to the airport to ask for assistance as we’d been at the barrier 15 minutes. The staff said “ she might be at the toilet “ I said what for 15 minutes? Jo problem coming out.

Everything fine. In fact on a previous booking in early January i had to phone because my card eould not go through. The lady who assisted me was first class and a breath of fresh air in todays world. The phone was answered immediately and problem solved.

Yes was very pleased with the hotel,very clean intact spotless, all staff were lovely and very friendly and always happy to help,the only let down was on the evening entertainment, abit rubbishy and I suppose cheap to hire, I I wouldn't have given the hotel 4** I've been to better 3*
