We booked thecar park for 14 days.arrived at carpark got a ticket when returning after holiday just put the ticket in the meter it read our registration barrier went up and we were away very quick and easy.would recomend.

Always room for improvement hence a nine. A lowering of prices would be an asset to help with costs. No need to make contact with staff easy entry and exit. Plenty of room to park.

No problems with entry and exit at barriers found parking space and straight across to terminal building in 2 minutes. The arrival directions could be clearer .

No problems with entry or exit . All detail of booking held on App which useful. Given this was Doncaster Sheffield Airport a cheaper price would have got 10/10

The driving directions were not accurate. Our car registration was not recognised. it seemed to take a long time to exit the car park on our return because the registration was not recognised and it took a while for the help request to be answered. Our main issue was the directions to the car park.

i have booked parking place at Robin Hood airport by YOU between 18-21.03.2018 i paid You for that but had to pay extra fee (45 pound) at the airport parking machine

Got a great price for parking at Doncaster airport for one week no hassle at all. Drove up to barriers collect ticket and parked, on return drove to barriers placed ticket in machine straight out Would recommend

You could your car park exit machine to actually work. I don't want to have have to speak to a grumpy operative who asks me if I have actually inserted the ticket into the machine. Yes I had by the way, 5 times. However the system didn't want to recognise the ticket or my number plate. And the car park exit signs appear confusing. But maybe that's just for idiots like me who choose to pay for your services.

Every thing was fantastic. Facilities were very clean and up to date. the staff very friendly and efficient. And the staff at Hay's were fantastic especially Rebecca as she helped make our holiday with seeing to little extras. We enquired about upgrading so she emailed the hotel to ask how much it was. She also asked for a pool sea view for us. Which was there for us when we arrived. Thank you very much it really made our holiday.Regards Shirley

We had to take a ticket on entrance but parked fine & exit was good after reinserting ticket so barrier opened without having to chat to anyone.

The booking is confusing. I select long stay on first page proceed to second page and long stay is not shown so have to book short stay but it is not mentioned if I can park in long stay car park. I also seem to have problems when returning the number plate recognition does not seem to work (maybe due to the fact there is no lighting in the area) I use this car park 4 0r 5 times a year for breaks away and 3 or more times the barrier scheme is faulty.

Pre-booked parking. Arrived at Doncaster Robin Hood airport. Took ticket, barrier lifted found convenient parking space close to terminal and literally walked 50yds to check-in desks. Could not be easier. Sleeting when we arrived back in UK but just a short walk to car. Put ticket in m/c and away we went.
