Battery on our car was flat when we returned and after a short wait a man from your team jump started our car battery. Staff were very helpful

Everything went very smoothly, vehicle number recognition makes it more convenient and you don't have to worry about tickets on the return

arrival was great no probs and quick coach pick up at an early hour in the morning. Coming home was not that great plane delayed with young kids not the best. Then we had to wait what seemed an age for the bus to get us in the pouring rain - shelter no way big enough for all those people

Entry to car park was straightforward and tfr to airport quick. On our return we had to call help as the barrier didn't go up for several cars so it became a queue - however dealt with fairly quickly by staff

All went smoothly, signage could be better to explain what to do. It was strange that one car park had another barrier to get in and the one I booked didn't?? Would definitely use again.

Process was incredibly smooth. Gates opened easily to get in and out and we didn't wait more than 10 minutes for a transfer bus.

On returning to the car we had no token or card to get out with. Didnt realise you needed one and i saw nobody to get one from either on entry or exit

All went fine apart from no ticket was issued when entering the car park, so had to contact security to get out but it only held us up for a minute l.

No tickets in the machine upon arrival so had to wait. Problem then with departure as nothing to put in the machine. Assistance button gave no response at 5am on 24.10.15. However upon departure the details were checked and the barrier lifted. A little annoying to have to wait when payment has already been taken, but the procedure didn't work smoothly.

the only problem we had is that when we put the ticket in the machine to come out it said we owed £68.00 but we pressed a few buttons and the barrier lifted . Would use Holiday extras again though

I could not modify registration number therefore could not get in automatic gate nobody answered call button so had to get new ticket nobody on site to talk to to resolve matter

Yes a very helpful driver, as on our return at 3.30am we couldn't remember if we were parked in Jet park 1 or 2!!!! He drove slowly to enable us to get our bearings. Thank you

The second time this year the exit machine tried to charge us extra £55 and we were an hour early leaving. Person on end of buzzer helped promptly but not happy.

held traffic up behind me as barrier would not raise saying i owed £95, pressed all butons, eventualy threw ticket back and barrier lifted panick panick....
