The signs to the car park were clear and easy to follow and we did not have a long wait for the transfers to and from the terminal. Only problem was finding our way from the car park to the M23 in the dark, signage could be better.

From arrival to departure everything went smoothly even when the machine asked me to pay £230 even though I had pre booked. After speaking with a member of staff the barrier was raised without any problems.

Very smooth. No worry about finding a place to park. Turn up to the barrier, get your number plate read, park, catch a bus, get on a plane. Couldn't be much easier!

Parking entry was slow due to a closed lane, also the number plate recognition misread leading to a problem when leaving. However, staff very helpful and quickly resolved.
