The directions were good and easy to find. Entrance was seamless as was the pcik up to and from the terminal. The only challenge was the time it took to find a parking space in the zone i was directed. All in all, easy and good.

It all went according to plan. The only thing I noticed and the same happened the other week,was on leaving the parking area I was following several other cars from the parking zone. We all turned left into the one way system the cars in front ignored the small exit sign and continued back into the South Terminal complex. A sigh showing all routes may help.

The car number plate recognition did not recognise my car on entering thus when I presented my ticket on the way out it told me I owed £200. When I spoke to the attendant who checked my details he then just raised the barrier without any apology. Not a very welcome return to U.K. Manners

All went well until I reached the ticket machine to exit the car park. I inserted my parking ticket and the machine displayed payment due £125. This came as a total shock because payment had been made online in advance. The situation was rectified but not the smooth exit that I had expected.

There is some section in zone H where normal customer should not park but there no clear sign for it which creat little prob.for me Have to to do little guess work rather then reading board or information

We didn't see the signs for the South Terminal long stay so parked in the North Terminal Long stay instead. Happily the lady at the desk changed it over for us when we were unable to get through the barrier. The staff were great, our eyesight, not so much!!

Once again the camera printed out the incorrrct car registration that meant on return the exit barrier registered £125 to lay. Yet again I had to go to the office and sort it out .. this time I was not prepared to dangerously reverse and park somewhere so left the car at the barrier with hazards on no doubt inconveniencing others . Comments below yes .. because apart from the repeated agro ... still our preferred option . As stated in previous feedback .. no reason given for the error
