When I left my car in the car park I did not take down my location so when I returned I thought I would be looking for a needle in a haystack but to my surprise your team was able to find my car within minutes of me giving them the time on my ticket, I was so grateful and the gentlemen that helped me were very obliging and good natured especially when I thought it was going to be a long wait and a big chore quite the opposite thanks to you staff.

This was a great service we came out of the airport a Bus was waiting and as soon as the bus was fall we were driven to the car park and everyone was dropped at the bus stop nearest their car.From airport to car loading luggage and driving off took no longer than fifteen minuets.Very impressed thanks for taking away the stress.RD ReadingA brilliant service thank you

So easy to park, bus was already at the bus stop so no waiting. On return no waiting again for the bus & just drove straight out after swiping car park ticket. Highly recommended.

The experience seemed to live up to previous years'. It is efficient and seemingly less daunting than other parking outlets in the area. The good thing is that you keep your keys and not left worrying about the damage that might done to your vehicle by someone else parking it!

On our return there were 3 buses in a row for the other parts of the car park - not G which we wanted - however, the last driver did change his destination to take the waiting G parkers - this was great!

Smooth, hassle-free. Much better than other parking services I've used before where despite pre-booking it was necessary to seek out a remote office and provide copious documentation to get an exit ticket. Simply inserting the ticket and leaving - fantastic! I assume the whole thing works by number-plate recognition. Our plane was delayed, so at 2am all you want is for things to work, and your system does that. Thank you.

Booking the parking at the airport was quick and simple and the best price for parking was literally 2 minutes away from the terminal i was leaving from so even better. Copach drivers were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Bus to return was right outside so not far to walk to either. Will use again.

Quick Simple Efficient Competative- and all done my end very last minute!Word of advice to others not used to Gatwick parking - You need to make a note of the Zone - A,B,C, etcThe row you parked in (numbered at each end of each 'avenue') AND most imnportantly the number of the bus point you boarded at - as this is where you want to be dropped off at on your return, drivers work by the bus stop numbers notthe rows.
