I was impressed. The Gatwick Parking Express South car park was close enough to drop the family at the terminal, park the car and be back with them 15 mins later. The car park entry ticket received at the barrier on arrival was automatically linked to my booking ref so avoiding the need to visit the car park office.

Great service with no delays in getting a parking space or the bus transfer. The only minor grumble is that the parking spaces are very tight so you need to unload the car before finally parking it.

An excellent and considerate coach driver - he reminded us of our stop number and waited for people on their way to bus stops. Pick-up also went smoothly.

No hassle booking, no hassle parking. Coaches were ready to pick us up within minutes of arriving at bus stops. Just what you need after a gruelling night flight. Wouldnt use any other parking.

This is the second time we have used this service and again it was easy and straight forward. This time it was much better, as the bus took us to level one, where as before it was level 3 downstairs. It was directly at the check-in level, helpful because we had four children and an infant to direct from the cars to the check-in counter. Also, service is very frequent, so we do not have to wait about too long. Online booking was easy and straight forward, price was reasonable, it would have cost us double or more for a taxi to and from home. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

It is good to know our car is in safe and secure surroundings whilst we are away. We never have to wait very long before the bus comes along and takes us to or brings us back from the airport at such reasonable rates. An excellent service - thanks.

THE ONLY COMMENT I WOULD MAKE IS TO TELL PEOPLE TO TAKE NOTE OF THE BUS PICK UP POINT WHEN ISSUING TICKETS ON LINE, WE KNEW THE PARKING AREA IE B18 BUT DID NOT TAKE NOTE OF THE PICK UP POINT, SO WE HAD TO GUESS WHICH ONE UPON RETURN,LUCKILY WE MADE THE RIGHT GUESS
