Sorry can't comment, we were unable to use the parking due to issues on the m25 so had to park at short stay on site, cost us more obviously, but would've missed the flight otherwise

Everything was very smooth and efficient, friendly staff and great price. However some signage is needed to show where you are as arriving in the dark is very difficult to spot you.

Booked online for long stay car parking at Gatwick. Googled ‘Gatwick long stay’ and you came up. Implication was that it covered parking at north terminal. Drove and followed signs for north terminal Gatwick, parked, picked my car up 3 days later to find that it wasn’t valid for long stay north but for another site. Had to scroll down on email to find details of this. Ended up paying £££. Yes, you put directions on the email but I simply screenshot my confirmation screen and assumed I was covered to Park. You shouldn’t make it unclear that your parking is on a totally different site. Why hide that? It should be obvious on the first page when booking thetcits not actually at Gatwick.

Had to wait 20 mins or so as one bus left as we arrived. Staff were friendly enough, and lady driver last night was extremely polite ,helpful and friendly. Info as to which Bus stop to use at Gatwick South is a bit sketchy. Told stop 6 or 7, Info at Bus stop 7 says use 7 or 8. Stop 7 is the only one that actually says Purple Parking

Yes yes and yes.
What's to improve? You turn up; you hand your keys over; you take us to the airport; you pick us up; the car's waiting on our return. It hasn't been used as a taxi while you were away.
This is just one thing you can forget about while you're away. It just works.

Our pick up was fine going to our hotel but the pick up on the way home was half hour late. We also had trouble confirming our return transfer. But the overall booking experience was really good.

I mistakenly booked a different car park to my normal and, as a consequence found it rather more tricky. I shall book in with an Official Gatwick car park rather than Purple Parking next time. Staff very helpful but the drop-off point is rather a long distance from the entrance of the North Terminal.
