All in all we were happy with this service but, there were some issues with the bus service at Glasgow airport on our arrival back home. Ourselves and other customers were confused with all the buses, as we did not know what bus is for Skyport? There are a few buses and all of them have a number of company names on them including Skyport but when we asked the driver if this bus is for us, we and other customers were told no, and we were advised that a Skyport bus would be along shortly. When the bus did turn up it had all the names of the other parking companies on it aswell so how are customers supposed to know which bus is for Skyport? I understand the buses service other airport parking companies but this is confusing when you do not make it clear which bus is for which parking company. I think instead of advertising all of the parking companies on the buses there should be clear information on the buses as to what company and car park each bus is servicing as this would stop all the confusion for customers.

Great service, no need to wait around long for the bus to take and pick us up from the airport. Flight delayed for 6 hours and we were still able to keep our car safe for no extra cost.

On my return I was uplifted by a bus which covered 4 car parks and I was the last to be dropped off. I understand the reasons for this bit I think this should be made clear that this can happen.

The staff member that collected us from airport was extremely friendly, an elderly man got on the bus is error after being asked if he was going to one of the car parks. After realising he was on the wrong bus the driver was really nice and explained he would have take the other passengers to the car parks first as we were already half way there. The driver dealt with this professionally.
