Have a free phone system at airport near the bus stop for those returning ,not everyone has mobile or chances is battery goes flat since travelling long distance .. otherwise you can stand there a very along time waiting.

Great service, no problems at all with parking or transfers to airport. Helpful bus driver helped us load/unload our luggage as we were trying to juggle hand luggage and two children.

I have used this facility under many company names over the past 15 years, but I have to say it is better organised now than ever. Automatic number palte recognition opens the barrier, all parking spaces are now clearly numbered and the shuttle bus seems more frequent.

I've booked with your company for airport parking on several occasions and never had any issues. My flight was delayed by an hour and was a nighttime flight and Skyport charged me an extra £5?? Staff were extremely rude and had no record of our arrival, both staff members I met that night/morning should look for a new job as they weren't customer focused and unhelpful. I wouldn't use Skyport again and I'm travelling a further two occasions from Glasgow airport this year. Extremely disappointed with this airport carpark service and the way we were treated, would recommend not use this company.

Yes it was a good experience. The staff were brilliant. The screen which told us where to park wasn't working when we arrived. We were soon sorted out by the lovely, friendly lady who kept us right. Our return was great too, same friendly face and helpful as ever. Great!

Arriving at skyport all staff were very helpful & bus driver exceptimslly helpful with getting people's luggage on & off. Easy to follow instructions on return however bus driver could have been less irritable, it was 2am & a few flights in at same time so him sitting shouting from inside bus with engine running & not being able to hear if we were getting on right bus. Apart from that would def use service again.
