It was a little confusing to find the place we needed to drop off but everything went smoothly afterwards and it was nice to not have to wait for a bus before or after our holiday, this helped reduce anxiety's over time running out before our flight

Great for the price. Staff great. They said it may take 20 mins for the car to arrive once we had our bags, which would have been a bit of a chore, but very happy to find it was there by the time we got to the pick up point.

We were extremely disappointed. After a long flight we tried to make contact with you but the lines were continually busy. We had arrived at the exact time we had arranged with yourselves. We went straight to your contact who obviously had not been trained in diplomacy. We eventually waited over 35 minutes for our car in which every conceivable switch had been changed or altered - not acceptable. We are unlikely to use you again.

Everything went very smoothly, the staff were helpful and organised - even though I booked at short notice - and return of the car really did only take about 5 minutes after I arrived at the short stay car park in spite of the fact they were busy.

Your instructions were not just misleading, they were wrong. The meeting point turned out to be outside a lift in the short stay car park. Took 15 mins of asking people to work it out even after a call tom the rep on site. Staff on site could be better identified. Your package name says T2 when we were parking at T3 - also offputting. Having said that the plane was very late on the return journey but the car was available with no wait.

We have used your services before and have previously been very pleased with how we were dealt with. This time however the Heathrow T3 Fly and Drive meet and greet service was a complete disaster from start to finish. We were sent directions after booking which were incorrect and led us to getting lost around Heathrow thanks to the incorrect details. Not a good start. This was compounded by the fact that when we got to T3, disregarding the directions we saw another firms meet and greet service working very efficiently. However Fly Drive staff were nowhere to be seen despite the fact the paperwork clearly stated we would receive a valet parking style service. When we rang the phone number listed on our paperwork we were told, much to my disbelief to drive to the 3rd level of the short stay parking area of T3, where I could've parked my own car myself, which is effectively what I did. This would also have saved me money, if not time. So as far as booking Valet style parking this was an utter joke, and not a very funny one. The staff member was very rude on the phone when he told me the arrangements had changed a month previously. I told him i wasn't a mindreader as we had received no such notification. If we had we may well have cancelled and used the aforementioned Valet parking firm who just happened to be meeting and greeting right where your rep told me no-one was doing Valet parking at T3 because of BAA guidelines. What a lie. On return I noticed my car was on the face of it undamaged but absolutely filthy, with the paintwork caked in dust, lord alone knows where you parked it!! Next time, unless you make it worth my while I will most certainly not be using your services and actively discouraging anyone I know not to use your services as I feel we've been let down very badly indeed. Dirty footprint on passenger seat and floor also mud on dashboard the car must have been parked in a wet field to get muddy footprints everywhere

The delivery and collection of our car went smoothly enough. However we were rather dismayed to find quite a bit of mileage on our car, the radio had been re-programmed to some station in Karachi and our satnav settings tampered with. All this leads us to believe that someone was driving our vehicle in our absence and we will not use Drive Fly again. We will return to using Purple Parking who at least have a desk and polite staff in residence not sitting in a car on the phone ignoring us.

This was not a meet and greet service the one we used in March to go to Spain met us in the lay by in terminal 3. This service asked us to find a car park within the terminal and was far more expensive and less efficient .

My initial booking, when rechecking appeared to be incorrect. I was supposed to be greeted at terminal 3 and confirmed details stated terminal 2. On calling to get this corrected, was told I could cancel and receive a refund. Or that my original recorded conversation would be checked first. So that the contradiction could be confirmed. I didn't need this stress so close to departure. Fortunately you have a gem in your office who resolved my issues and got things back on track. I've already replied to this lady and thanked her, prior to departure. It s somewhat confusing when arriving at the short stay parking. Probably my fault. But I had to reconfirm which level I had to proceed to on 2 occasions before arrival. And on my return (completely shattered) from over 20 hours travel, had to do the same again. So not the greatest experience I've had.

When booking it wasn't obvious that meet & greet is more drop off in the short stay car park, go through arrivals to get to departures which I am sure is different to previous occasions. Although this worked well upon returning it wasn't as convenient upon arrival. "Driver" had no record of our booking which was disappointing as I had only just received a text 30mins before arrival as a reminder to call them when approx 20mins away so had to complete a form again. Sometimes it's the little things...

By the time we collected luggage and went to the car park, it was ready to be picked up. Well done. Will definitely book same service next time o travel.

Apart from the fact that the parking arrangements had been changed and no one seemed to be able to confirm this everything did go well, drove straight to short stay car park, and on return advised that we had our luggage and then only had to wait for 5 mins till car was brought to us.

It took quite a while for the car to be brought to us. It was chaos as there were far too many cars being dropped off and picked up in such a small area. I think there needs to be a different place set up for this scale of operation. I think it may have been quicker to get a shuttle bus back to a hotel or off site parking.
