Easy to get to, quick service and transport to the airport, the driver was particularly good big smiles and chat, not easy that early on a morning most companies very surly. Bus arrived quickly to pick us up on our return.

The staff were helpful and the shuttle transfer to the airport was prompt and faultless. However, upon our return our car (which had been parked undercover) was parked as far away as possible from the office/shuttle bus drop off point which entailed a long walk with luggage etc. Surely, cars waiting for returning passengers should be parked closer to the facilities.

We have used Park2Travel and it is very easy. The only thing is that we usually have to wait quite a while before pick up on our return to Leeds Bradford. At night in the cold and damp it probably just seems longer than it actually is.

Everything ran smoothly. Transport to airport was waiting. On return we waited about 5 mins for transport back and our key was ready for us. Easy to find car park and only 5 mins from airport.

We were not told where to meet the bus on our return and when I tried to call i got through then the call got cut off so I had to call back only to be told the bus was on its way but still not told where to go we had to ask another bus drive. On collecting the car it was parked outside the gates, so we went to find the car and a big car had been parked right in front of the entrance which meant we had to walk right round with our suit cases when our car was parked just behind the entrance, the cars had been parked very tightly and it was difficult getting it out .

on are way out service was excellent.But on are return the staff were terrible.the driver just stood and watched all of us load our own luggage on to the bus and off again.Then on receiving my keys from the office I was informed that my car was outside the compound over the road. It was very dark and I and my husband struggled to see our way to our car.I expected my car to be in the compound as it has always been in the past. As for your very unhelpful driver that just stood and watch everyone I don't think we will be using the service again. If this is the way you treat customers,i think you will lose custom

Very disappointed this year never got help with our showcases as the driver was to busy smoking when we was going on our hoilday. Then on way home got picked up ok but when we went for our car it was parked way off site not we're we dropped it off sure at.00 at night with 2 young child and 6 suitcases it was very hard work so I don't think we will book with them or you again no more as we wasn't happy at all with the service for the price we paid.

Very poor collection after the flight.Phoned as instructed to inform of arrival voice message said a coach would collect us in no more than mins after mins a coach arrived we were at the front of the queue but the coach arrived at the back where people started to get on.The coach was soon filled with ourselves unable to get on which resulted in another mins wait for it to return.Not what you want after a early tiring flight.!!!

Really great staff travelled twice this year from l/b airport used you both times only bad mark when we where collected 1.30 am Saturday morning can not there when it came there wasn't enough room for everyone so some had to wait for him to return
