I wasn't able to park my car as my husband had to go to hospital..I tried ringing to ask if I could change my dates but wasn't able to resolve this. I park every month as I am a frequent flyer!..I rang Park2 travel but no joy there either!..I will consider booking with you again but very annoyed!

The only problem is the size of the pick up bus it it we're capable of Carrying more passengers then the problem of having to wait in the cold etc would be resolved otherwise an excellent service.

On our return I rang the office number 3 times and didn't get an answer. Another customer then told me she had finally got through and a bus was on the way. There were about people at the bus stop so we couldn't all fit on the one bus so he said he will return.10 minutes later he returned and took us to our vehicles. On our return to car park there was another minibus they could have used aswell instead of leaving us waiting at airport. Not one hello or thank you from the very ignorant driver and a very unhappy looking not very polite lady in the office either. Have used better parking services at LBA.

Everything went smoothly from drop off to collection. Booked indoor space not sure it was kept indoors but still kept safely in locked compound so can't complain. Will use again.

Couldn't believe they only had 1 seater on when it was time to pick us up after our flight! 1 driver to do all the pick ups! Had to wait far too long because we all couldn't get in his bus at the same time!

Very polite & helpful staff...difficult to find the site as Satnav couldn't locate it...minibus was right there waiting for us...car was supposed to be stored inside for the two weeks time but it was covered in dust and rain markings which means didn't spend much time inside...other than that good service for the price...!

Excellent service at a very good price. Very easy to find and park. Reception staff very efficient. Drop off right outside airport and pick up at the same place. Telephone as you wait at luggage carousel and waiting outside for you. Have used them many times and will continue to do so.
