The service was faultless. No problem getting in just like a normal car park. I misplaced my ticket spoke to the gentleman on the intercom and after a few security checks I was allowed to leave. Thank you

When I explained the flight cancellation and ticket I bought was flexible I was allowed through without extra payment. It would have been better for this to be automatically done but I was pleased it happened.

I've used holiday extras for a number of years and get fed up with recieving promotional emails suggesting differing discounts. When I check different web sites your prices are all the same, so where is my loyalty discounts. You say it's free if you find it cheaper, it ever is. What disturbs me is my last booking at Liverpool airport, if your delayed it could cost you a surcharge (why is this different to other airports). At Doncaster and Humberside there is no mention of surcharges if filghare d fix M departure time booked was 15-00hrs. My arrival time was 13-30 but we were 1 hr delayed, arriving at Liverpool 25 minutes prior to my booked time, leaving the car park with 5 minutes to spare.thissea to a
