Had trouble getting out of carpark..machine asked for £75 although I was well within time. Rang for help and after quite a wait I was attended to..eventually he opened barrier but I was delayed quite some time

We parked in disabled and had a badge on display but when my husband was taken ill we came home after 4 days when we arrived at Liverpool we had a parking ticket we are discussed with this as we clearly show the badge and don't understand why we paid for 10 days and would never use this service again we have use this car park 4 times a year but never again thanks

There were not many available spaces in the parking, and they were very, very difficult to find. They should be signposted better, it took me nearly 20 minutes to find a space, which is very precious time when you have to catch a plane.

didn't see staff as auto barrier etc....drove round a while to find an empty space so the setup could be better to direct cars to available spaces.

There was a major problem with the barriers and it took more than 25 mins to leave the car park from getting into the car, however, the location of the car park is excellent. I Will try again in a couple of months as I understand that there are sometimes maintenance issues

There were a few "dead ends" when trying to park into F area. Took a long time to find a space. Luckily someone exited a space close to the far end which gave good access to end of airport. So not too unhappy!!

Only problem was that when I put the ticket in to exit, the barrier would not lift and a charge of £100 came up on screen. It was sorted when I rang the bell and told him my number plate

On leaving the car park I put the card in the machine and it asked for £90.00 we had to speak in the monitor to explain that we had already paid for the parking on line. The man asked for my reference number and he opened the barrier.

Parking easy to use, found a space quickly. Only had 1 problem when leaving as our flight was slightly delayed we were rushing to get to the cars in time ( 7pm we had to be out ) 7.02pm I got to the car packed it up and then got in the que to leave. Popped the ticket in 7.06pm "£180.00 to pay" 😮 For being 6 mins late. (Same thing happened to my Dad.) Eventually got through on the intercom and after digging around for my paperwork they let me through without having to pay. Other than this the parking was good, very close to airport and would use again.

While i knew what i should be doing there was insufficient guidance to confirm that i had selected the correct car park. Booking did not seem to be recognised by the system and i had to get assistance to have the barrier opened.

Information about distance from parking to departures hall is not% accurate. It largely depends on amount of other cars currently parked. Other than that, everything went% smooth.

Upon leaving the car park the barrier wouldn't open and it said on the screen that I owed £80 something to leave even when I had already booked online paying £51. I pressed the buzzer and told the assistant giving him my reference number but the barrier didn't open and it was if he had hung up on me. I pressed the buzzer twice again ringing finally until a lady answered, I explained my situation to her and she opened the barrier for me. A bit unprofessional. I will use ur parking again only because it is so close to the airport and I am ill preventing me to walk long distances

Staff wonderful. Problem was that the mobile aerials caused the immobilisers in my vehicle to activate and the car would then not start. A warning when booking that the car park has these aerials would have been helpful.

The car park was expensive for the security - I anticipated that I would be able to park my car in a covered enclosure. I would also like to think that there was a shuttle service from the car park for older people. For example I was in J but when I came back to my car I couldn't locate it precisely. I have lived in Belgium for 12 years and there they allocate symbols e.g. Animal/Plant to finding your car. So I might be in J Cow bay 26! A shuttle bus dropping me at J would have helped. Re staff: there was nobody to ask. Re your next questions you should also have a 'don't know' option

Car park was split into several zones. Spent ages driving round nearest zones looking for a space of which there were none. There was no indication these areas were full.

Nothing went smoothly. The number plate recognition didn't work on arrival. It took numerous attempts on the help button before anyone answered, only to receive a rapid garbled message that neither of us heard distinctly and so we had to repeat the process. We were told to press button for a ticket. On the return we presented the ticket and then asked for £70. I then pressed the help button and eventually someone answered. I explained and gave the registration of the vehicle. After about a minute the barrier was raised. No apology at either entry or departure. This kind of thing at the beginning and end of a holiday is the last thing holiday makers want.
