Car Park man greeted us on arrival; it was very personal. It was very easy parking and transfer to and from the airport.

Shuttle Parks itself was fine except at first arrival where the printed direction did not make it easy to find for someone unfamiliar with the area. Possibly take advise from one of your bus drivers!

On returning from our holidays our car unfortunately would not start - flat battery. At any of the other car parks we have used there has always been someone there with a power pack to jump start vehicles if necessary. This was not the case, there was no-one who could assist us. Fortunately we do not break down that often but it would be nice if someone could have assisted even for a small fee.

The parking facilities were good and appeared secure,I had no concerns about my vehicle while away on holiday.The shuttle service to and from the Airport was excellent with little waiting for a bus to arrive.

We have used the Manchester Shuttle Park a few times now, with no problems. We always feel that the car is secure whilst we are away and the transport to and from the airport is always fast and efficient. I would not have any hesitation in recommending you to others.

No complaints at all, we have tried several car parks at Manchester over the years and will definately be using this one again when we go away in Feb. Would have no problem recommending to our friends, or anyone who asked us for a good car park with reliable bus pick at the end of your holiday.

Very helpful bus driver of wrong bus- he drove us back to the airport and then a very helpful female bus driver of the correct shuttle bus took us to the correct car park. we were very relieved as we had waited a long time at baggage retrieval and it was about 2.30a.m.!
