Car park was completely full, with loads of cars driving round competing for spaces. Took me 25 minutes to luckily find a space. I pre-booked so would expect there to be space available. But obviously car park does not account for pre booked spaces being kept spare, so would then stop non booked entering.

Again car damaged 3 times out of 3 , no cctv as sold again as usual , police don’t want to know as usual , I fly out of Manchester around 35 times a year at around £100 a week , that’s £3500.00 a year just lost as well as the work colleagues that use these car parks too , have no choice but to find alternative for next week and the future now

The car park was 99% full so finding a space was very time consuming, 30 minutes going round and round, but perhaps this is to be expected as a convenient parking location? The driveway between the floors was relatively narrow so tedious in myd to preserve my alloys!!

Parked in multi-storey 1 three weeks ago got my car windows smashed and told by the police there’s no cctv so I parked in terminal 3 multi-storey had both my doors driven into and damaged and told yet again by airport police no cctv there either , no duty of care at these car parks

car park wasnt sign posted very well.
Access was ok, but finding a space was a nightmare very confusing system of moving traffic through the car park meant that lots of drivers were going the wrong way around the car park. Random areas of premium contract parking spaces meant you were often in dead end areas of the car park.
The car park itself was dripping water through the floors, so on our return, our car was covered in slime and bird mess.

Disasterous service I'm afraid. You omitted to register my booking Z0GON with MAN parking and I had to blag my way into the park house upon arrival and contact MAN parking to get a reference number in order to leave. Very stressy before and after my holiday.
I've booked the Clayton hotel with you a couple of times previously at MAN with no problems. Not sure what happened this time, but I will seriously consider if I really want to risk booking with u again.
Charging a premium rate customer service hot line with associated waiting time is also not the best way to retain customers. A 7 day response time for chat is also not acceptable.

VRN recognition didn’t work so had to get a token. Only spaces available were on top floor and I know to head straight to the top now rather than doing laps of every level!
Had to buzz on way out so I could exit, and the guy who assisted me was really nice and helpful when I explained the problem. Would recommend the service as it was relatively hassle free. Was glad I booked fast track as security queues were a shambles as usual.

Very easy car park to use close to terminal 3. No issues. However will never get over the trauma of having to pay £100 for 5 days parking. Don’t see why it has to be this expensive.

Had an issue with booking times I requested a lunch time arrival but it was 6.00am rang for help found staff to be very helpful in dealing with the issue communication between staff was excellent will recommend thanks for your help

Our flight was delayed. When we arrived the car hire place was closed which meant we had to get a taxi at 2am in the morning which cost us €110, I then had to get a taxi back to the airport the next morning which cost €70 to go and collect the hire car.

The second time we've booked the airport parking at Manchester T3 and once again all went perfectly smoothly. Number plate recognition, which I was a little concerned about, worked without a hitch and lots of available free space within the covered multi storey car park when we got there.
