The car park was easy to find, found a space straight away and it was a short walk to Terminal 3. I would definitely book again.

Very easy car park to use close to terminal 3. No issues. However will never get over the trauma of having to pay £100 for 5 days parking. Don’t see why it has to be this expensive.

Had an issue with booking times I requested a lunch time arrival but it was 6.00am rang for help found staff to be very helpful in dealing with the issue communication between staff was excellent will recommend thanks for your help

Our flight was delayed. When we arrived the car hire place was closed which meant we had to get a taxi at 2am in the morning which cost us €110, I then had to get a taxi back to the airport the next morning which cost €70 to go and collect the hire car.

Everything worked according to plan. Good directions to the parking area. Car parking spaces easy to find. Barriers opened with no problem, much to our relief. After the holiday trip, it was lovely to get away from the air port quickly.

The second time we've booked the airport parking at Manchester T3 and once again all went perfectly smoothly. Number plate recognition, which I was a little concerned about, worked without a hitch and lots of available free space within the covered multi storey car park when we got there.

Attitude of attendant.
When we arrived at the gate, the car registration was not read so it did not open. So I tried to scan the code from my phone onto the machine scanner this did not work. So I had to call the attendant who told me to take a token and this would let me out on my return.
A few days later when I return from my holiday I tried this with the token as told by the attendant when I left, it said I owed £ which I knew was incorrect. So I then spoke to the attendant who had a bit of an attitude and explained to him what had happened. He said quite miserably that I should not have taken a token. When I explain to him that I was told too. He never apologised and just opened the gate. The element of disbelief and attitude did annoy me yet he has the information in front of him.
So if the attendants aren’t on the same page this will happen.
I traveled from East Midlands airport for years now and yes it’s nowhere’s near as busy as Manchester Airport but I’ve had 1 problem in a dozen are so visits to their car park and not experienced any problems like this and it’s cheaper. So i will walk a bit further and use somebody else

No problems entering the car park , unfortunately our flight was cancelled whilst waiting at the departure gate , Ryanair !! , trying to leave the car park the machine was asking for £40 off my card , i rang the buzzer , explained to the guy re flight cancelled , line went dead , then a while later the barrier lifted , no communication whatsoever , came across as ignorant .

The entrance was slightly difficult to locate but I assume the ongoing roadworks/developments, when completed will rectify this. The facilities where ideal, not leaving the terminal to get up your car was of great benefit.

Signage a little confusing. This doesn’t seem to have been improved despite frequent feedback to this effect. Think the charge is very high. It cost more to park the car than it did to fly to France.

Holiday Extras administered the parking fine, but the car park itself was very problematic. When I left the car park my car had been scuffed on both rear corners. I'm guessing this was by other cars trying to navigate out their spaces as the area was very small and narrow. When I left the car park other cars were queueing to take my place as there were literally no other spare parking places in the car park despite half a dozen vehicles trying to find spaces (and I was on the very top floor of the car park).

all went well but a better sign to the paid for carpark at T3 would help, I turned in the first entrance and had to back out, another car did the same ! otherwise all easy to enter park and exit.

Booking ok, prices not competitive and a lot of money for less than 2 days parking.
Registration number recognition not working resulting in additional bill. Luckily was able to resolve at the exit barrier.

Access to this car park is very difficult as the main road into T3 is closed. It took 10 mins extra to get in and 15 mins extra to get out.
