Signage a little confusing. This doesn’t seem to have been improved despite frequent feedback to this effect. Think the charge is very high. It cost more to park the car than it did to fly to France.

Holiday Extras administered the parking fine, but the car park itself was very problematic. When I left the car park my car had been scuffed on both rear corners. I'm guessing this was by other cars trying to navigate out their spaces as the area was very small and narrow. When I left the car park other cars were queueing to take my place as there were literally no other spare parking places in the car park despite half a dozen vehicles trying to find spaces (and I was on the very top floor of the car park).

all went well but a better sign to the paid for carpark at T3 would help, I turned in the first entrance and had to back out, another car did the same ! otherwise all easy to enter park and exit.

Booking ok, prices not competitive and a lot of money for less than 2 days parking.
Registration number recognition not working resulting in additional bill. Luckily was able to resolve at the exit barrier.

Access to this car park is very difficult as the main road into T3 is closed. It took 10 mins extra to get in and 15 mins extra to get out.

There were three vehicle exits from the car park but the first on I used, which was the right hand side did not recognise my number plate. No one answered the call when I pressed the help button so after about 5 mind I moved to the centre one which worked okay. Manchester airport need to make sure that all their facilities work correctly seeing that the charge so much.

Evevrything was really simple - no printouts, tokens or discussions with attendants required at all. I simply turned up at the barrier, my registration plate was read automatically and the barrier opened. The same experience on the way out. Extremely efficient and hassle-free. The car park was very convenient for the terminal - short walk so no buses or transfers.

On exit the barrier would not open, we were stuck there buzzing for assistance for 10min and no one answered or came to our assistance. Eventually we managed to reverse out of the barrier area and go to another one that seemed to be working ok and the barrier lifted immediately on recognition of our number plate. This could have been really dangerous!

Hard to find the car park as signage poor closer to T3 . Had to ask when i was close to the drop off point. Nothing to take as a reminder in large car park to where your car is other than the floor no. Ie no bay no . Great being so close to terminal though, especially when returning late at night.

No spaces on 5 levels, had to drive around for 15 minutes before spotting someone walking to their car. Not really what you need when you’re trying to catch a plane. System also didn’t recognise number plate on entry or exit.
