Parking was fine.just when we got back the barriers would not go up when my husband put the token in.so had to call for assistance.

Made travelling to the airport as a family of 5 easy. Plenty of spaces. Straight into the airport bo messing about and the price is extremely reasonable considering it would have probably cost as much in a taxi with the new charges at the airport.

We have used Holiday Extras several times and will do again in the future. The system is very easy to use, prices are reasonable and the booking confirmation is very clear and informative. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately you gave us the wrong postcode for the car park and we ended up about four miles away from where we should have been. We were given M90 5PR should have been M90 1QX Other than that the car park is very convenient without the frustration of waiting half a hour for a transfer coach

The parking was excellent and very near to the departures which was ideal for us as we were traveling with elderly parents. The only drawback is the price is on the expensive side. I do understand that this is probably the going rate and if it were to be cheaper then this would probably make actually booking a spot more difficult. Definately use it again if travelling with parents

Overall vey impressed only advisories would be to enlarge signage on approach for clarity and keep price competitive. I prefer this option but can be easily swayed due to cost .

All went well. Straight in parked up and went. On return went to car and drove straight out. Nice and handy for terminal 2. All levels by lift so does not matter wether 1st floor or top floor but more space higher up.

So easy! Parking at Manchester T2 West, straight in to the Terminal, straight out on return, an absolute breeze. The fast track security and passport control are worth every penny, as I suffer with Severe Anxiety Disorder we went straight past the long queues which was an absolute godsend.

Found easily and no problem parking, lovely to be straight out of the terminal into the car park. Only had an issue coming out as it said we had to pay for our stay. Had to get help from attendant who cleared it for us to leave.

Only problem I had was with one booking when the system hadn't been updated with the new banking system so had difficulty with using a card. Subsequent booking has been fine. All descriptions given were accurate.
