Negative points - Too many marketing emails and I’d say the cost is slightly too high. Good points - the process is simple and easy, plus the car park is clean, well lit and well marked.

Did not meet any staff. Facilities just ok. Parking spaces not quite wide enough. Signage very small both directions outside and in the multi storey. Needs to be bigger and much clearer.

We always book our parking at Manchester airport with holiday extras.Totally stress free. Can change booking, cancel, or change timings at no extra cost. Park the car and keep our keys with us. Also get it about 10% cheaper with this website.

CSLNHQ: I am still waiting for a reply to my complaint about the pricing of this package. As a long standing customer I was disappointed that despite booking through my usual e mails offering say 15-20% off I could not get a price lower than booking through Manchester Airport T2 directly. A friend recently payed far less than me via Holiday Extras for a 2 week stay and mine was only 10 nights? I booked this on this occasion with you through loyalty over the many years I have used your services, but am bitterly disappointed by the pricing on this occasion and the lack of any discount. Why was this please?

Car wasn't recognised by registration at car park entry, couldn't get assistance and had to try for 3 days via your support chat & 6 hours wait in queue for eventual successful attempt, for advice on exiting without repaying and then when I tried to follow said instructions with call to assistance at exit barrier, attendant was not fully helpful in the first instance and I almost had to argue for exit as suggested by support.

Easy instruction to get to the car park. and no issues entering or leaving the car park with the registration identification. The whole process from booking on line was easy and simple to use. Had to pay £25 additional parking charge fire to Manchester airport Swissport inability to unload the plane and Border force to process passports over one and a half hours delay also the parking option after to me for the flight was inappropriate too far I have only recently started to fly for business again and soon personal and unfortunately based on this will have to reconsider using your services again

Parking was effortless, the ANPR cameras recognised my vehicle and let us in/out. We were in the car and on our way home 45 minutes after we touched down. This was made possible by the fast track booking.

Everything was as it was described we just weren't very familiar with the car park layout and kept having to drive around missing the turn off for the next floor. Next time we will know this and it will save time. Also no free spaces until the 7th floor which seemed a long way. At night the car park was dark the lights came on as you approached them, which was a little disconcerting as we didn't know this and thought there were no lights.

Everything was expected regarding using car park, parking and leaving, but there is major works going on at the airport. Which you may want to tell your customers prior as diversions were very confusing and not easy to follow, it did add 15min to the journey.

The booking process was simple but I got inundated with emails from holiday extras and after 3 or 4 days I unsubscribed from all except updates about my actual booking it was so bad. The car park itself was as described, close to the terminal and plenty of spaces after the first couple of levels. Leaving was as simple as approaching the barrier and inserting the token I received on arrival. This was because my registration number was not recognised at the barrier. I pressed the intercom and was answered immediately.
