My work trip became a nightmare when Delta Airlines had two issues that meant collapsed itinerary for UK Travellers. We had to stay one extra night in the airport. I did not have my PC. But when I tried to contact Holiday Extras by phone the usual excuses are made ie Covid, for no telephone support all e-mail. No PC on a delay means no communication. I had phones but I could not extend my Car Park arrangement by one day because I could not speak to anyone. This cost me £25 at Manchester to get my Car out of T2 West as I had overstayed by the 22 Hours I was delayed.

Didn’t recognise my registration after queuing for a while so took a token card we’re backed up so everyone was getting quite frustrated on return the lady I spoke to was really helpful and let me out of the car park without a delay

A great service as always, it is great knowing the car is in a safe location where it will not be moved while we chill out. As cheap as booking a taxi, but the convenience of knowing if we are early or late arriving back that we can head home without delay.

The postcode for the parking slot actually took me to an industrial park alongside the airport. I appreciate that you gave a description of the route to my parking area but because you also put the postcode I had hopes that would give me the actual parking site which, alas, it didn't. Because I was arriving at just before I was aware that there would be the normal work traffic with airport staff going to work so thought the postcode would be the better choice but sadly I was wrong.

All was fine, we did struggle to find the car park entrance with all the alterations and roadworks going on, we also couldn’t find our car on return, however that wasn’t anyone else’s fault! :) Would definitely book again!!

Parking was easy and efficient and close to the airport terminal. The downside was that the price was significantly higher than when we parked for the same period of time in January and so we were disappointed with the value for money on this occasion.

We arrived earlier than anticipated and the time slot booked at Manchester T2 West parking. There was no problem about entering early, we found a space on the 5th floor and after parking up we had a short walk into the Terminal building to our Jet2 desk. All very straightforward. Return journey fine as well.

Parking spaces are narrow. Had to climb through window to get in my vehicle when I returned due to tightly parked cars on both sides. You have to park perfectly or the paint gets scratched. Lost count of the numbers of cars I saw in same predicament. Seems someone forgot to remember one has to open a door!
