Arrived at car park to be told it was full, so given directions to another closer to terminal. On our return, although late at night, still no problem to get out of car park. Would book this service again.

We parked in the long stay car park - unfortunately as the car park was very busy we were quite a walk away from the terminal. Maybe putting on a courtesy car/ mini bus to take people with mobility issues to and from the terminal could be considered?

Excellent service, simple booking process...the gent opening the barrier knew my name before I even spoke on the com system! Car park right next to the airport made the travelling from Prestwick ideal with 3 young girls.

On arrival, can the system not pick up registration and allow entry? You could save potential confusion having to take a ticket and/or press the button. Glasgow Airport long stay automatically recognises the car on entry, produces a ticket, which I take on holiday and enter on exit. I believe the above is better system. On exit no ticket was required so who knows in reality who was driving car?

All was as described 2 minute walk to airport, quick and smooth exit on return, have used holiday extras 2-3 time over the past 5 years and will continue to use them excellent value and reliable with all information.

could do with a little mini bus as only 5 min walk, its a hassle with 75kg of luggage and a small child but other than that a good service and helpful staff..

When I arrived at the car park it was full but this wasn't a problem as redirected to short stay car park which was closer to terminal. Well signed & clear direction, arrived at gate with booking reference & straight in. No issues & will use this service again.
