Could have done with more specific directions/instructions as to exactly where to park as all reference initially was to ''short stay' parking. Also, only found out about validating the ticket issued by chance at the time of obtaining Euros. If info hadn't. Web obtained then could have been a major inconvenience trying to get out of the car park having to go back into Airport building and speak to Information Desk.

Prestwick Airport - Directions are very clear and access and exit are the quickest I have experienced in any airport parking facility. I have to mention Craig who was allocated as our passenger assistance person who not only pushed my partners wheelchair as I was taking up the rear with cases etc but took us straight to our car in the car park ... with a cheery smile refusing any "tip" for his services ... amazing service

Everything went smoothly and was hassle free, staff were helpful and was a 50 yard walk to the terminal. Avoided the big queue waiting for a taxi or transfer in the wind and rain.

Very handy carpark only problem was when we went to exit after our holiday we put our ticket in barrier and it said we owed £144.00 but our parking was already pre-paid when I booked months back. Held up a few cars behind us till we got it sorted
