Hotel was short of staff, they worked hard all day but hotel not cleaned properly, food cold, not enough cutlery to go around, no gas for the coke one day so it was served flat in your drink- would not go back.

The hotel rooms and the facilities were all first class and very clean and tidy. The staff were always very polite and most helpful when asked for something. Would also say that the hotel is a very child friendly hotel to spend your stay at.

There was nothing personal about the reception at the car park. Directed by a voice at the barrier to park in an area which was full, and had to drive around until we found a space. Car park was well lit, bus service as advertised.

It was not made clear at booking that it was not a package holiday. We got delayed for 1 day due to strike action but holiday extras did not want to know anything about our troubles. we had to pay for an extra night and re-arrange transport and flights.

On return home, flight was delayed slightly and had to wait for a while, as did all the other customers, for the bus to collect us from the airport. It was very late at night and everyone was very tired, the bus could have been there waiting for us.
