London City Airport Parking for business travellers is a convenient way to park your car at London City Airport. Butterfly Business Meet and Greet Parking means youll get met by a Butterfly driver and have your car parked and washed for for you. When you get back, give Butterfly a call and theyll have your car ready and waiting for you at the terminal.

Arrival at Butterfly Business Meet and Greet
Around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport, call Butterfly Parking on 0800 023 5784 to let them know you're on your way. If you can't reach them, try calling on 0771 833 8485. Once you're at London City airport, drive to the on-site car park (formerly Long Stay). At the car park, you'll come to a barrier, where you'll need to take a ticket to get in. Then, drive through and park your car in a space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier. All you need to do then, is walk the short distance to check-in.
The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sundays, so you won't be able to drop off your car outside these times or on Saturdays as the car park is closed.
Getting to and from London City airport
Arriving at Airport:
When you're about 20 minutes from the airport, call the car park to let them know you're on your way. This is important as if your car spends too long at the car park you may be charged a hefty fine.
Once you've arrived at London City airport, drive to the on-site car park (formerly known as Long Stay). At the car park, you'll come to a barrier, where you'll need to take a ticket to get in. Then, drive through and park your car in a space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier.
All you need to do then, is unload your luggage and walk to check-in, 3-5 minutes away.
Returning to Airport:
After you’ve landed in the UK, call Butterfly to let them know you’re back. Then, pick up your luggage and walk to the on-site car park again where you'll be met by a Butterfly driver with your car.
You’ll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You’ll be required to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If your car leaves within 30 minutes of arriving at the car park, you’ll be required to pay an exit fee of £8.00. After this it will be £5.00 for every 5 minutes.
On your return to Butterfly Business Meet and Greet
As soon as you've landed, call Butterfly on 0800 023 5784 to arrange picking up your car. If you can't get through, try calling on 0771 833 8485.
Please note: You cannot drop off or collect your car on a Saturday as the car park is closed.
There’s a 30-minute wait time allowed in the on-site car park and you'll need to pay £8.00 to leave.
This package includes an extensive car clean while you're away.
Make sure you give your flight number when you book, otherwise there might be a delay in getting your car back to you.
You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee.
Make sure you take all your valuables out of your car before you leave, as the car park can't be held responsible for anything left behind.
If you've pre-booked parking via BA, make sure you arrive at the time stated on your confirmation as that's when the car park will expect you. If you're late, it's very likely you'll be charged and it could cause delays.
You will need to make sure your car is in legal roadworthy condition with full insurance, road tax and MOT otherwise you may be liable for any extra costs incurred by the car park.
When you get back, you should show your copy of the booking confirmation ticket and pay any supplementary parking charges otherwise the car park may not be able to return your vehicle to you. Any damage to your vehicle must be reported before you leave.
Your car will be taken to a Short Stay car park on the day of your departure, before being moved a secred park mark awarded site. Both car parks provide secured indoor parking and is Park Mark awarded.
Please be advised between 1st October 2018 and 21st October 2018, Connaught bridge will be closed for maintenance. Access will be from the east, via the Sir Steve Redgrave bridge. Diversions are in place. Please allow for extra travelling time.
