Upon arrival to Luton airport, please follow signs to the Multi-Storey Car Park Level 3. You will find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet".
Your driver will be awaiting you, wearing an orange hi-vis.
Getting to and from Luton airport
Arriving at the airport:
Drivefly will call you 20 minutes before your arrival time to confirm your drop-off time.
Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - your confirmation will include directions and a postcode for your satnav.
You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Returning to the airport:
Once you've collected your luggage, walk back to the agreed collection point to collect your car.
On your return to D
Once you have collected all your luggage, give Drivefly a call on 07955 055 777 or 07955 055 700. Make sure you let them know of any possible delays.
The driver will deliver your vehicle to the agreed pick up point at the airport.
Please note, depending on the product you have paid for, you may be required to pay for the airport exit fee on your return. Please ask your driver for clarification.
Please print and take with you your confirmation email on the day of travel.
During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. Drivefly will tell you about this if it affects you.

This car park does not accept transit vans, roof racks, minibuses, motor homes, caravans and trailers.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, driving to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your trip to the Airport, particularly at peak times.
Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

Meet and greet on way ut was fine but on my return it was no way meet and greet and I wish i had checked into th emid stay at half the price and got the 5 minite bus. I called up @6pm when i left the plane and thne went straight to the 3rd floor at luton and waited for over half an hour for my car to arrive!!!! It finaly arrived just after 6:40pm. Turned up at the airport multi-storey carpark, parked, handed over keys, walked 5 mins to departures. On way back, rang when we collected luggage, walked 5 mins to multi-story carpark, picked up keys and drove away. No faffing with buses, and remembering where we parked at midnight. All very smooth, friendly staff. The only comment I would make is that you need to provide some shelter for your staff - especially in the winter. Although it was only a few minutes for the car to be delivered back to us, a small somewhere for customers to wait would also be sensible.
