Despite our flight being nearly 2 hours late, the driver was there waiting for us. His supervisor was also there to confirm the arrangements for our return journey. On arrival at Gran Canaria airport there was no driver or car to meet us,on checking with the desk staff we were told the car may have broken down,we were then asked to take a seat and after approximately 30 minutes we were found a driver and a old mini bus which took us to our hotel.
