Which hotels are available at Norwich airport?

The hotel we offer at Norwich airport is the Holiday Inn Norwich North. This 4-star hotel is on the airport and within easy walking distance to the terminal.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included, but if you want to fill up before your flight, full English and continental breakfasts are served in the hotel’s restaurant from 5am to 10.30am on weekdays and 5.30am to 11.30am on weekends, costing £13.95 per person.

Are transfers included?

The hotel is only a two-minute walk from the terminal, so there’s no need for transfers at all.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

All rooms at the Holiday Inn Norwich are en-suite with a hairdryer, trouser press, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and a television with Sky.

What leisure facilities are there at the hotel?

The Triangle health and fitness club has a 13-metre swimming pool with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, and a fully equipped gym with treadmills, bicycles, resistance machines and weights.

What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotel?

Guests may check-in after 2pm and must check-out by 12pm.

Is there a restaurant and a bar at the Holiday Inn Norwich?

Yes. The Concorde restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also relax at the bar, which serves a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits and light snacks. The Concorde restaurant is open from 5.30am to 10am for breakfast, 12pm to 2pm for lunch and 5pm to 10.30pm for dinner. The Concorde bar is open from 11am till late.

Does the hotel provide cots?

Yes. If you require a cot in your room please call us and we will arrange this for you.

Do you offer rooms with disabled access?

Yes. We have entrances, toilets and bedrooms with disabled access and blue badge car parking spaces. To book a room with disabled access please telephone our contact centre and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Do you offer packages that don’t include parking?

We offer both room-only and rooms with parking packages. You will park at the hotel whilst you're away and your car will be waiting there for you upon your return.

Does the hotel offer room service?
