I booked meet and greet, when in fact on our return we had to walk with suitcases on trolleys quite a distance on rough footpaths and roads. I had my disabled mum with me ,so this was very difficult . I will not be using your service again.

On return to Southampton we were off the ship, collected luggage and were at your van within 20 minutes of being told we could leave. We than had a wait in excess of 35 minutes on you van whilst other passengers arrived before the 20 minute shuttle back to our car. All very smooth with the exception of the excessive wait on the van. Perhaps you should consider more vans (without the trailer) and reduce the waiting time.

Practically no facilities Trying to fill an 80 seat coach on disembarkment at Southampton meant a long wait with a small baby just to get back to the car. Minibus was scruffy, no thought for young children travelling. My daughter had to sit on my knee, no additional child belt. The drivers were pleasant

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The drop off point was not too far from the dock where the Queen Elizabeth was moored. We ordered a full valet service, which was adequately done, as we could see from the inside of the car. However, it would appear that after the valet service, the car was left outside in the rain and dust for a couple of days, so it was not really any cleaner than when we dropped it off. A waste of money really, which is why we have dropped the rating by a couple of points.

Upon arrival at the port parking we were quickly transferred to the ship in a mini bus. When we returned from our cruise staff were waiting for us just outside the mayflower terminal and immediately took our cases and put them on the bus. We not have to wait long to be transferred back to the port parking where we were given the keys to our car so we could be quickly on our way. Overall an efficient company with helpful, courteous and very pleasant staff.

We used the car park service for our latest cruise and will definitely be using it again. Everything was so easy, we arrived, stepped onto the transfer mini bus and didn't have to worry about handling our heavy luggage at all. Exactly the same process the other end. All very friendly staff, efficient service and allows you to enjoy your holiday even more without having to worry about the hassle of parking and lugging the heavy cases on the ship. 10/10

The directions we had on the print out for the parking were wrong. When we finally got to the port we had conflicting information. I asked a guy in the car park if I was in the right area and he said yes but felled to say we had to leave our key so this resulted in me getting a call about half hour before we sailed that they needed the key to move my car.i had to run off the ship and out to the front of the port to hand it over as was told they needed to move it as its only a short stay car park. Not really much of a meet and greet service!!
