Wasn't sure which gate to use, the electronic signs outside the port gave different gate number to that advised by you. Otherwise overall an excellent service.

arrived a little late due to traffic hold ups on motorway, to find everyone had gone home at 2.30 ship was not due to depart until 3.45 ! after looking for your staff for 40 minutes, and phone calls, got no joy, thank god the other company CPS came to my rescue took my car and got me on the boat just in time! may i recommend that you adopt the same policy as CPS and keep your staff on site until the boats depart,and ask CPS if they could maybe help you with some staff training for your workforce.

Fab going out had to wait 15/20 mins for return buses male rep moaning that we had all arrived together he was not happy - this should be normal when ship docks. Lady rep nice though! Car waiting when arrived back could not fault this service shame man at port so grumpy!

When arriving at Southampton meet and greet car park we had to wait over half hour before any body was there to take our car,after making several telephone calls. When we returned back to meet and greet car park in Southampton we was given the keys to someone elses car This was definately not very professional or reliable service.

Everything was fine until pick up time. We got off the ship early because we had so far to travel. Outside there were two Cruise Parking vehicles but no drivers. Pickup meant to be 0715. At 0725 I had to phone and find out delay. At 0730 drivers appeared and we were on our way.

Everything went smooth EXCEPT we stressed there were 2 passengers with walking diabilities and the walk back to short stay was too far and caused a problem. The drop of was ok because your attendent kindly dropped us off at the departure area.

Everything was going fine as usual until we disembarked we waited 15 mins for a bus then it arrived was a 51 seater coach we then sat 45 mins on the coach until it filled up adding an hour onto our wait putting us quite late starting our journey to the north nobody came and even apologized we were just left stewing not happy this time hope it dosnt happen again

We always use cruise parking they make it so easy we wouldn't use any other company, the staff are friendly and helpful, and we've never had to wait for the mini bus transfer.
