Delightful surroundings, delicious food and top-class facilities so you can unwind and take it easy - these are just some of the things you can expect when you book a night at the Hilton Southampton. Whether you fancy a stroll in the landscaped gardens or a drink in the bar, you'll feel like you've had a break before you've even set sail.
The Hilton features a restaurant, a bar, a coffee shop, LivingWell health club, a laundry and valeting service, a lounge, a baggage store, a safety deposit box and lifts.
Cots, cribs and high chairs are available free on request. It is helpful if you can let the hotel know in advance what you will need.
The cruise parking and port transfers were really excellent. The car remains in the hotel car park and not transferred to some remote facility. The taxi transfers were slick with no delays. The Hotel is situated close to the M3 which is ideal for onward travel. The Hotel facilities were consistent with a three or four star hotel.Mr Corley (Southampton Hilton Hotel Southampton Port)
everything was very good and we were happy with the room and the breakfast. It was a little far from southampton port though.Mrs Metcalfe (Southampton Hilton Hotel Southampton Port)
Part of the Hilton deal is to arrange taxi from the docks back to the hotel to pick up your car after the cruise holiday. My wife and I have used the Hilton deal on three occasions now, and each time the taxi (operated by West Quay Cars of Southampton) has simply not turned up. ¬needless to say this has caused us a degree of discomfort and deep inconvenience. As this is part of the Hilton deal, we are reluctant to use them again. I have made the Hilton manager aware of this but as yet have received no explanation or apologies from the Hilton, or West quay cars. Can you please comment back to me on this problem, please?Mr Sanford (Southampton Hilton Hotel Southampton Port)
You need more staff in restaurant, bar and reception. It took 20 mins to queue for a drink and 30 mins to check out.Miss Hemingway (Southampton Hilton Hotel Southampton Port)
Everything excellent apart from service in the dining room at dinner. Slow and disorganised.such a shame as the hotel is in a peaceful leafy setting. The transfers were well organised. The room was great. The parking was excellent and you kept your keys which was an essential for us. Hotel reception staff efficient. We would use this hotel again.Mrs Walmsley (Southampton Hilton Hotel Southampton Port)

We recommend the Hilton Southampton for:
A hearty appetite - The Hilton has plenty to offer when it comes to dining - grab afternoon tea from the lounge, light bites from the bar or for something a little more filling there's the Pavillion restaurant. The crowning glory, however, is the buffet breakfast which is included in the price of your stay. With everything from continental pastries to a traditional english fry-up, you can be sure you won't be travelling on an empty stomach!
Luxurious familiarity - The Hilton brand is a favourite amongst our customers, and it's easy to see why. Time and again, it has proven itself to be a dependably indulgent way to spend the night before - or after - your holiday. A brand name you can trust, the Hilton is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind in the decadent surroundings of a popular brand hotel.
You can check in from 3pm and you must check out by 12:00 midday.
