Somewhat. The main concern is over the Waiter who when asked if there was any gluten free bread or other answered " we have got brown bread" this was a potentially dangerous thing for my wife to eat. The lift was out of action upon departure and there was no one on reception o report this to or to checkout

Gave car keys in but in morning I wanted to put over night bag in boot but they could not find my keys. They found then when we came back from holiday though.

The Hotel was Ok although the dining room bar was a bit functional rather than inviting. The car parking however was a bit of a problem with difficulty in finding a park on arrival and only just being able to squeeze in door on return. Also hadn't realised from info that car would be moved whilst away.

We arrived in the evening to find the aircon out of action, and a warm August evening. Not a problem we thought, we'll leave the window open. However we hadn't realised until later we were above the reception area and guests were arriving and leaving, often by taxi, at all hours of the night. As we had to be up by 5am it was not the best night's sleep. They were apologetic the following morning, and had provided a fan, we just hadn't realised how noisy that room would be until it was too late. Other than that everything worked very well. Would book again, but complain immediately if aircon not working.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the room. When we got picked up there wasn't enough room for us on the shuttle so we had to wait for them to do a pick up and drop off andate then return to us.

Hotela nd acommodation was fine Delivery to airport was OK except driver was very fast.ON return we waited minutes to be picked up,having phoned twice. Driver did not speak to us at all - not even an apology or welcome back. The whole holiday to Florida had gone really well - this was the poorest service of a mile trip

A minute wait to be picked up from the terminal not good after a long flight, the room itself was very hot,all cars are parked unbelievably close together

When we arrived staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Our family room consisting of a double and single bed was pleasant and clean. Coffee and tea facilities included and the room was spacious. Our car was taken care of for the nights and was ready for us when we came back off of holiday. We were very impressed with the shear ease in which everything went. As a family we will be using this hotel again next year when we fly off again.

Facilities ok, pick up not very good as the number didn't work using the yellow telephone at bus stop 8. Had to ring them from my mobile and took a long time to answer. Driver going out smelled horribly of cigarettes.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Bathroom clean. Reception staff helpful, the entire process was easy. Hadn't booked a return shuttle but phoned when we landed and they sent the bus within minutes. Restaurant looked dark and unappealing. Might be worth recommending both nearby supermarket for last minute supplies ((Sainsbury local) and other restaurants nearby? Overall great value for money and would stay there again for early flight.

The hotel is a bit tired. The room was very hot. We ordered a taxi at reception when we booked in but it did not turn up. The receptionist was not that helpful. The taxi company said no one had passed our booking onto them.

Hotel was OK as was transfer to/from Gatwick (though only one bus per hour in mid-morning.) Service in restaurant was appalling; they lost our order and we had to wait a full hour for simple main courses to be served.

Not much wrong with the parking arrangement and as it was so early going the taxi ordered was on time and quick. The hotel bus coming back was ok too easy to call up and a courteous driver too.However the hotel itself was a dingy affair and the food was simply awful. We will use Holiday Inn again next time

Pleasant hotel. Good value dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was well worth the price paid in advance with Holiday Extras. Close enough to Gatwick North but far enough away to be quiet. Would use it again.

Very convenient for the airport. The transfers both ways worked very well. No problem with car parking and retrieval. Room a little basic but much appreciated air con and kettle in room. Reasonable bed, good night's sleep. Good service from Reception staff.

When we arrived we told check in that we were going to drop our overnight case in the room and go out to eat. He asked for the car keys to resiger it for parking but assured us we could have access when ever we wanted to. When we came down our car had disappeared. When we asked the man said that the car was just behind the hotel and that we could access it in the morning to get our travel cases out but that it was blocked in and the shuttle man had taken some guests so we could not take it out. So we opted to eat in the hotel restaurant. In the morning we woke early to have breakfast and catch theam shuttle. When we went down to get our car keys when we finally found our car it was parked in a thorn bush surrounded by nettles we could not get into the boot, so we had to then wait for the shuttleman to return so he could move the cars parked infront of it so we could access the boot area. When he came back he refused to move the other cars so he scrambled into the thorns to open the back but he could not work the lock and he was bending the key so my husband went in to do it, he was scratched and stung to pieces. When we got back to the hotel and went in to breakfast we were told that we could not have breakfast as the cook had gone home and that they were stopping service in 5 mins. I am diabetic I had taken my insulin just before we came down to breakfast so I needed to eat. I went to the desk asked to speak to the manager he was not available and no one could offer us food just a chocolate crossiant and a coffee. So I asked for a refund for the 3 english breakfasts I had paid for and I was refused I was told that Holiday Extras would have to refund me. We had breakfast at the airport at a cost of nearly £50. On our return the shutter does not run to:45 as advertised. Our flight arrived at:35 so by the time we collected our cases and got to the stop there was no bus. So I rung the number I was given and it took mins for the taxi to arrive. When we got to the hotel there was no food available and the guy behind the desk kept answering the phone talking to other guests as there was an issue with the air conditioning. When we finally got to our room we realized that the issue was not confined to one room as ours was like an oven too. Breakfast was very poor for the cost with little choice - oranges as the only fruit option, only white sliced bread and prepacked choc crossiants. All in all very disappointing. At the very least we are due a refund for the 3 breakfasts we could not partake due to no fault of our own.

The airport driver, reception and evening restaurant staff were extremely helpful. The man running breakfast was terrible. There was insufficient food and he was rude to customers - felt like a scene from Fawlty Towers. On our 1st night the air conditioning was broken and the room was stiffling. On our return the staff did move us to a downstairs room, which was much cooler. There is a lack of facilities. The bar area does not open until 4pm, dinner from 6pm. No lunch available. No lounge area to meet up with family also staying at the hotel.

The booking was very easy and provided everything we needed. The staff were very helpful, restaurant staff, bar staff and driver to the airport. We could not fault our whole experience. When our plane landed, we followed the instructions given us bu the hotel and the driver arrived in minutes - very good.
