The staff were courteous and polite but the hotel moved cars into parking places ALL night and the sound of reversing cars kept me awake for much of the night. Room was clean and comfortable.

Air conditioning didn't work and it was extremely hot , making it hard to sleep. Bacon needs to changed as it was far too salty, I know this is a matter of taste but I noticed quite a few people had left it on there plate, so it wasn't just us.

All was spot on, the hotel was very nice and clean, 5 minutes far from the airport, very friendly receptionist booked us a taxi for the morning which was cheaper than the bus.

The hotel was easy to find, easy to book in and check out and pick up the car at the end of the holiday. The meal we booked was pleasant and good value.

Stayed here for years at least 3 times a year always been brilliant with polite staff. But this time was different we stayed the night we flew back because our flight didn't land to 1 am and we had our 2 grandsons with us so it was 2am before we got to the hotel and I found the night reception man to be quite rude we were given our key to our room and we couldn't get the key to work so went back to reception and he wasn't there so waited for him told him about the key so he threw another one at us which still didn't work so had to go to get him he was real miserable he tried the card which still didn't work so had to use master key and mumbled that it was locked from inside. No apology and walked off. Day time staff are very helpful so don't think I will check in after a late flight again

Due to the nature of the hotel and the fact it services the airport, I thought the restaurant could have stayed open later, even just for snacks. When I arrived back at the hotel to collect my car, it was blocked in by another car. No driver was available so I was given the key and had to move the car myself. I was not really comfortable with this.

We were in a queue of 5 and it took over minutes to register, the hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, our food order got lost and it took over an hour to get below standard food. The transfer vehicle was so dirty our cases needed to be cleaned when we got home. All in all it was dreadful.

Car damaged during stay reported to Manager who admitted finally there was damage but as it was not done by his driver he would do nothing. The hotel was basic and the bar dirty and dingy. Would never stay there again.

The hotel was fine, as expected for the price. The pick up after the holiday was a nightmare, we were left waiting in the cold rain for over minutes at 6.30 in the morning. It turns out that they only set off at the scheduled times so even though we rang at 6.30, the bus didn't leave until 7am, which would have been ok if we'd been told as we would have waited in the terminal. Better communication needed.

I was very disapointed with my stay an would like something done about it, I arrived and placed in a room on the top floor when we enter the room was very very hot i went down multiple times as it was making me and my partner feel very ill, the man on reception said the aircon was on but this was not the case after 3 hours an going down over 5 times they moved our room but i could tell they didnt want to i was then made to feel like i did something wrong. When arriving back to get the car there was multiple people at reception complaining about the same thing. It was a bad start to our break

all straight forward, hotel staff on reception helpful and when a problem arose dealt with it and issued us with another room, food basic and staff friendly enough but manager a bit grumpy still stressful job ! would use again but not sure if I would book the car park package all cars rammed in like sardines, scratches would definitely occur. Still only a few minutes from airport great for early morning/late night flights in and out.

Everything went smoothly, easy enought to find & parking no problem. On our return we weren't sure what time we would clear the airport so didn't book bus back but called at.20 & bus came to pick us up.

Everything was great hotel was very clean staff were really friendly and the price was fantastic. Taxi from hotel to the airport and back were very efficient will definitely use Holiday Extras and Best Western again.

The hotel was very clean and well kept, however, to get an evening meal would have meant eating past 8.30pm as there was a coach full of guests being catered for at the 'normal' mealtime. This was not convenient for us as we had a special needs adult with us and we could have done without going to a hotel a few minutes away to have something to eat. Having said that, breakfast was more than adequate. A good hotel.
