Everything was great! The only hiccup was when we returned it wasn't made very clear which number bus stop we had to stand at.

Everything went well but the written directions to the Purple Parking were too vague. We got lost on those and then put in the postcode for the satnav.

everthing went well, the only thing i find difficult if you are put on a second floor having artharitas makes it hard getting in the lift

Everything very well organised, transfers were quick and on time, rooms were nice and bathrooms very good indeed. We had a burger and chips in the restaurant which was also nice. Only reason for not having a was there was a small mark on my drivers door on my car however I would book again.

This is the regular hotel hotel we use when flying from Gatwick. Decent rooms with good showers. Mini bud transfer went well but it's a cold wait on the return journey. Enjoyed our evening meal.

First room they gave us was a twin room and not a double like we had booked. Second room they gave us, when we tried to use the key card it wouldn't work, so back we trapsed to reception who replied with, oh yes the battery is faulty in the lock, so came to open it with a normal key. When we got in to the room the door frame had been badly damaged and the door was hanging off the frame and wouldn't shut unless you used force which made an almighty loud noise echoing down the corridor. As we arrived quite late and shattered from the long drive we just stayed in that room.

The check in service was without doubt the worst I have encountered in any hotel they did not inform me of what the process was regard claiming the meal didn't indicate I had paid the transfer all in all terrible.

Bar and Restaurant are understaffed. Arriving for the prepaid dinner, we had to come back "in minutes" and then had to wait to give our order because of the queue at the bar.

Didn't have me booked in . Although I had an email with proof of receipt that I had booked . Restaurant very slow service . Took an hour for good to come out . Coffee machine was broken . So feel things are going down hill at this hotel after staying here numerous times before

Rooms are clean comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay. Restaurant unfortunately didnt have our first choice options and we had to wait for almost an hour for our main to arrive but we were on holiday so the wait wasn't a problem.staff were very pleasant and kept us informed. Transfers were well organised. All in all a very good hotel.

I stayed 2 nights, one on the way out and one on the return. On the outward journey, I fell backwards down two steps on the second floor and am still suffering from an ankle injury from the fall. On the return night unfortunately the shower in the room was broken despite a member of staff trying to fix it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, car parking good although car seat left in an altered position.

I left my only pair of spectacles in the room (my fault yes) As i also wear contact lenses i had to use those all week on holiday. On return the staff were rude and unhelpful. I expected on our return that housekeeping would have handed them to the desk for safekeeping. No, "nothing was left in the room, come back tomorrow" was the response from reception.Well, they have to be somewhere. Could they still be in the room? i asked. No. We live miles away from the Hotel so i gave the 2 guys on reception my phone number with a promise they would ring me the next day. Guess what, nothing. To some people this may be nothing. I have had to have time off work to arrange an eye test and purchase a new pair of glasses at a considerable cost. Something I could do without. Anyway i should have been more carefull because your lost and found policy at this particular Hotel is not acceptable. I'm not sorry to say, we won't be using or recommending this Hotel again.
