The Hotel Hoppa to terminal 5 failed to arrive. The hotel stated that this is becoming a regular failing in a morning The hotel rang the bus company but no one answered the call. We got a taxi.

The hotel was OK however whilst we were away the detachable tow bar was stolen from our car which was left in the hotel car park. Cannot recommend and would advise others against staying here.

Nice hotel and restaurant but wasn't previously aware that 4 person room would be small double and put-u-up although I had advised all were adults. Had to request the extra bed linen,towels,cops etc needed for extra person. Shuttle went ok.

The room did not really sleep 4. The fourth bed was a pull out and had no white sheets just a woolly blanket! Otherwise restaurant was good and staff very helpful. We were asked if we had a voucher for breakfast but we hadn't. Should we?

The hotel was fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was easy. However, using the Hoppa on the way back was shambolic and not well signposted and the bus was small for passenger numbers. The worst bit of our holiday was the return journey on the Hoppa.

I have used the Heathrow M4 Holiday Inn previously and with their extensive car parking, quality accommodation, good food and helpful staff I stayed with them again and will do so in the future.

Hotel is very conveniently located close to Heathrow - the rooms were comfortable and the food/drink was ok (although quite expensive). The biggest problem was on return - we had to wait 30 minutes for the Hotel Hoppa bus transfer, which after a 13 hour flight and another hour getting through immigration & baggage, was very frustrating

Super hotel, lovely facilities, parking was fine, hoppa bus was fine. Only one tiniest of niggles: when I printed out the vouchers the return bus ticket was split over 2 pages! Would definitely use again, good value for money I thought

Can't fault the staff, but our room, bedding & pillows smelled heavily of cigarette smoke which made an uncomfortable stay for both of us & imagine it would be worse for those with breathing difficulties. We suggest the hotel installs more sensitive smoke alarms.

Easy booking process and great competitive price. Hotel was very nice and used by cabin crew. Lots of parking and rooms were large and well presented. Checking and out was very simple. Checking staff was very helpful even printed off an email for me and gave me a discount code for future bookings. You did not have to leave your keys at the hotel for parking which was a bonus and made me feel happier about leaving my car. Overall great experience and pre paid for the hoops bus which was easy to use and only stopped at 3 other hotels on route
