Good airport hotel, not the friendliest check in but otherwise staff was fine. Situated right next door to the Plough Inn which was good for an evening meal. minutes on the Hoppa to T5. Good price which included nights parking.

All turned out well in the end. Parking was difficult, but did find a "space" eventually and the check in process was very slow, but the staff were very helpful, even offering a complimentary drink whilst I was waiting

May be helpful to advise clients that car park can get full so park on arrival and note where car is so can inform reception. Hotel was great and transfer to and from airport was smooth.

Managed to park outside with no problem. Room was clean and well equipped, enough space to comfortably sleep 4 of us. Breakfast was overpriced so we didn't have this, but overall this hotel plus parking deal offered great value for money.

Location perfect parking straight forward. hoppa transfer easy in fact on our return we were the only people on the bus! Staff friendly chilled out bar area gave us a relaxing start to our holiday.

Booked the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel. Bus driver would not accept an electronic view of the booking and would not allow us on the bus. Nice to know that when companies say they have gone paperless what they really mean is the customer has to print things out!. Whatever happened to customer service.

Holiday Inn M4 Junction 4, fantastic Hotel, would recommend to anyone requiring Hotel and car parking at reasonable cost. The Staff are most helpful, check in easy and the facilities were second to none. Will definitely use Holiday Extras and this Hotel again.

Lights in the room were not wired correctly and could only be turned on and off with one switch. Apparently all of floor 9 rooms were the same but it was extremely annoying and needs to be sorted out. We were next to the lift and 3 times during the night it woke us up making an almighty noise and clunk. I would stay again but not on the 9th floor and not next to the lift.

The booking system is great and does not need improvement. On arrival at the hotel we were directed to the long stay secure car park which was full as was every other hard standing car park at the hotel. In the end we had to go to the back of the hotel over a rough pot holed track and just park the car which we were leaving for 3 weeks on the grass under a tree - not very secure or good. The hotel just told us to find a bay in any other of their car parks despite us telling them that we had been in every one and there were no spaces in fact there was double parking in many. Not great and not very happy about where we had to leave the car. OK it was all right when we got back though absolutely filthy and covered in tree resin. We have used this hotel several times before without problems but it seemed that they had over booked for parking.

When we arrived there was no parking spaces available in the front car park. When we entered the long stay rear car park there were a couple of huge potholes to navigate and when we found a space my husband had to snap large branches off the overhanging tree to stop them scratching our car. We then entered our room only to find out it had been made up for two people and not four as booked. After the beds were sorted out we discovered we did not have enough pillows or towels for four of us. Finally my 18 year old son was offered a colouring book! Not the best start to our holiday.
