On collection of car we had to wait 15 minutes as our car was blocked in by others, we had to wait with a tired 3 year old who was crying in the early hours of the morning! We thought we would have easy access to our car & after travelling for 8 hours we did not expect this very poor service! Certainly will not use this car park again or recommend anyone to use it. Very very disappointed!!!

would prefer if you could park your car and collect it from the same bay as opposed to having your car re parked and your seat setting changed.

We have used silver zone a number of times, they have clearly changed their drop off policy on where you can initially park your car, this caused us and at least 6 other families to have to go and re-park. Not enough signage, no explanation of the change in the confirmation email so just added some frustration to what is usually simple stress free process, hence only 8 out of ten. With simple amendments above would help everyone let alone the staff repeating " you can't park there its staff parking" ðŸ˜
