I have used your company many times and in fact again next week. My only criticism of Silver Zone was they were not prepared for our return journey.The queue at the airport was so long that we had to wait for 3 busses before we could get back to our car.Far too long to wait in the cold!!

Excellent service. Very organised, which made everything run very smoothly. The only thing that I found that could be improved is where to park on arrival. With it being my first time to silver zone, i had so much to think about at barrier, perhaps a sign to say where to go too. Very pleased though.

Car wasn't waiting because day had been wrongly corrected for return flight arriving after midnight. Coach back went some scenic and slow route to collect someone, but with no explanation for the delay.

Everything went very smoothly indeed and my mid holiday panic was dealt with politely, efficiently and kindly by the woman on the phone. Pick up of keys was especially efficient with a full bus load of passangers (put the passposrt queue in Bristol airport to shame).

very pleased with the service, plenty of parking spaces and close to reception to drop off key to a courteous staff, the shuttle bus ready and waiting to take us to the terminal and short distance away, drop off is right outside departure entrance, on return bus was waiting to take us back, will use again without hesitation

hotel, flight were good. The only problem was that the transfer between airport and hotel each way took far too long - we left the hotel at 4.30 pm for a 9.35 flight so everyone was really tired aand fed up by the time we boarded. Colllection from airport in Palma was very disorganised - we had to wait for over an hour for coach to leave.
