Signage to short stay car park could have been clearer as could the exit. Number plate recognition did not work in or out of car park - had to press help button on exit to get someone to raise the barrier - luckily it was answered quickly, but at 2am we could have done without it.

The staff were helpful but there was an initially problem identifying Robin Hood airport and its location geographically, moreover the information with regards to blue badge parking at the airport was not to hand meaning my queries could not be answered without reference to the airport, it appears your database is I complete in this area?

The signage is confusing and it is not at all clear on the approach which is the short stay entrance. In any case, in my view a week is not a short stay. short stay should refer to away or so for business travellers. Anything longer is long stay and the matter would be resolved

My car registration number wasn't recognised at the entry barrier. I took a tcket as directed. When I rang the help line at the exit barrier there was no evidence of my car details. Someone had to come out to me, arriving in about 10 minutes. He was polite and efficient. After seeing the receipt I was able to leave the car park. Not a great experience!

On arrival at Doncaster my Car was not booked onto the system we had to have help from the help desk who commented who was the booking through I commented Holiday extras comment back was they regularly do not put the booking on the system . Airport premium lounge check in opened 19:00 we got through by 19:25 on arrival at the lounge we were told we had to be out by 20:00 as they were shutting so we did not use the facility as it was not worth getting relaxed for 30 minutes the flight was not due to depart until 21:50 overall the bookings were not good and improvments can be made again on departure from the car park the same happen in reverse having to use the help line to get out of the car park .Answer to question 2 is yes but the service would need to improve .

Unable to get in carpark had to ring for help. There was no record of our booing ... Or staff couldn't find it . We had to drive round to different car park, trouble getting in there also,eventually we got in . It was a good job I had reference number on my phone not sure what I would have done if phone had been lost or had ran out of charge.

Slight glitch on arrival as number plate recognition did not work but pressed for help and quoted our booking reference and no further problems encountered on exit. Plenty of parking spaces within a couple of minutes from the terminal building even though it was peak season. Will definitely use again.

The parking itself was excellent however how it was sold was a bit 'hard sell' when I only called to query something on my booking. Not the best experience and would be likely to book parking myself in future.

Camera recognition did not work so we took a ticket, but were told by airport that we were in wrong car park - BUT WE WERE IN THE RIGHT CAR PARK - they informed us that they had not received our amendment from holiday extras. On leaving car park the barrier would not lift and once again we were told we were in the wrong car park and that although they would lift the barrier they were having problems with holiday extras and in future we may be charged. I have the paperwork from yourselves showing we cancelled meet and greet and actually paid extra to go in short stay car park (long stay was never offered to us) and found it a problem having to worry about contacting someone at the airport to try and reassure ourselves that we would be ok to exit on on return without having a substantial bill for being in a car park that the airport did not have us registered for. As it happens they did let us out but were a bit shirty with us over the help service. Is this a regular problem?
