as soon as I had paid for this parking, I realised I could have got it with 15% discount rather than your 10%, by going direct to the airport website. When I rang your helpdesk, you were unwilling to help, even though your website says you will not be beaten on price.

We were kept waiting at the exit barrier because our details of booking with you were not on the system. Others who had booked with Holiday Extras were having the same problem. The officials kept our paperwork and said "Oh, it's Holiday Extras again! " This has affected our trust in your booking service.

Both times I have used Holiday Extras at Doncaster, it did not recognise the number plate and had to phone through. The car park told me to proceed to Meet & Greet and after 5 minutes "discussion", they let me through but blamed Holiday Extras for not putting 'short-stay'. It took several attempts to the staff to actually listen to me and I offered them to come to the car park and read the booking confirmation. Not impressed

Everything excellent except for border control on arrival back from holiday which was appalling - only one officer so took a long time to have passports checked. Otherwise faultless.

None of my payment details were sent to the airport so therefore we couldn't leave the carpark. Luckily we had our confirmation email as proof of payment. Airport attendant took the print out as evidence.....bitter note at the end of a lovely break

Everything was fine but we were a little confused to be told that we couldn't park in the long stay car park because it was full yet we had booked our place months in advance. Surely it's documented how many people are booking the spaces and on which dates so if it's full why still allow people to pre book?
