the only problem you have half the time is the barriers don't recognise your number plate on way out had to wait for half hour for a guy to cum and check ref number ,its a joke it should run smoothly , as you know I have used you loads of times

I had a change in airport and did not use the planned car park. No refund given as holiday extras said I had booked a non refundable rate. Thought that I would at least be able to transfer the booking to the new airport!

everything smooth on way into car park, but on return i had to contact help button as would not let me out. there were a few irayte drivers behind me which did not help. eventually let out because i had all my details to hand but was not on there system???

The booking had not registered at Doncaster Airport Car Park Management. Needed to prove by printed hardcopy of booking confirmation that we had booked and payed. This caused a delay in departure from car park.

Only problem seems to be that there are not enough disabled parking bays and we ended up near the back of the car park and it was extremely difficult for my husband who has walking difficulties

Easy to find came to barrier vehicle was recognised so straight in no problem found parking space easily sort walk to terminal. On arrival back car was fine no damage put the card in at barrier was let out no problems would recommend and use this site again
