The place was easy to find and the staff where very friendly and helpful, the only thing I would say needs to be addressed is when I booked it I didn't have to put my card details in, it just confirmed booking and took payment, I don't think card details should be stored and that card details should have to be entered each time when booking, other than that I was very happy and will definitely use park to travel again for my holidays.

Yes staff helpful but we paid for indoor, car in same place it was left and would not start so had to use jump leads. So if the car had been driven from inside to outside how come it did not start.

The lady taking us to the airport was very helpful- lifting everybody's case on to the luggage rack. The driver on our return was more reluctant and left passengers to do their own. Do you have a policy for this because if I were travelling without my husband I would not be able to manage this. The buses were very prompt.

Didn't answer the phone when we returned had to wait 30 min @ 2.30 am in the cold we booked indoor parking but car was covered in mud looked like it had been in a field both seats had been adjusted and radio had been changed to cd we have complained and it is being looked into

It would be a good idea if Park2Travel placed a bus stop or sign on the airport forecourt like Sentinal Parking have. On our return journey the driver did not stop in the normal pick up point. This meant that other passengers who arrived after us but were stood elsewhere managed to board the bus before us,even though we had been waiting longer, which meant that we had to wait even longer for another bus to arrive and pick us up. A properly placed sign would overcome this problem

Booked indoor car park but my car was at side of reception in same spot where I left it. Car would not start so had to use jump leads, witch makes me think it never went inside. Because if someone had just driven it out it should of started, but staff were helpful.

Easy to leave car and be transported to the airport, although when we arrived there were a lot of people waiting so we had to wait for the bus to take them and come back for us, which wasn't a problem. On our return the bus was waiting for us and we were on the road having collected our car within about minutes.

On the return flight we had to wait too long for the transfer, it was clear there was only one minibus for the long queue of people. There were quite a few disgruntled people in the queue that day.

Very helpful friendly staff and although we had to ring to ask them to collect us (following a slightly delayed return flight and then getting stuck at the back of the passport queue so although they had waited for us for a while, understandably they had had to take other people on the flight back to collect their cars)they then arrived within two minutes, which was great. It is so straightforward using this service and just makes the whole parking lark a doddle. Very impressed that they made sure that they had collected everyone they were expecting from the flight and checked us all off on a list carefully.

I returned to my car to find grass in the footwell of both driver and passenger side and mud on one side of car, I have pictures of this. Seen as I paid for indoor parking this is not acceptable. I complained at reception, the woman took my phone number and has still not responded, I have only owned the car two weeks prior and it was in pristine condition when I left it

The whole process from dropping off the car, getting to and from the airport and picking the keys up and back in the car was extremely quick and efficient. We didn't have to wait more than a couple of seconds at any of the stages - excellent service.

Bit of a squeeze trying to fill up the bus with everyone waiting on our return . Our car was parked in the "overflow" car park which I needed to find and retrieve first - far to far to lug our cases to . Otherwise a quite relaxed experience .

I had changed my registration number , using your app, but my old number was still recorded on their system. On our return, we had to search for our car. This had been left in the overflow car park not in a convenient position close to the reception, which is what we have found in the past.
