On arrival to the park everything went smoothly, I parked my car up, handed my key over and got on the mini bus to the airport.. apart from being a bit squashed on the bus it was ok n we got to airport stress free. We went away feeling confident everything was safe with the car.. on return, We had been told that the mini bus would be there waiting for us after we rang them to say we had collected our bags.. There was no mini bus waiting and we had been told to wait on the right hand side as we went out of the airport. We saw the bus arriving and it drove past us to the left of the airport.. Easy mistake.. so we made our way over to the large que awaiting the mini bus, knowing there was no way at all we were all going to get on.. so minutes later the bus returned and we returned to the car park were I was told my car would be waiting. I had paid a little extra to keep my car inside as it had extra security.. there was quite a commotion going on inside as one car had been put inside and had been blocked in and the keys could not be found for the cars that was blocking it in. A lady in front of me was told she wasn't expected until the day after so her car was being brought from some where ??? Then it was my turn.. my key couldn't be found, after some frantic searching she eventually found it an I was told that my car was Accross the road out side the car park. I found it by pressing my lights on n off. I was traveling with my sister who as learning difficulties and had to leave her in the car park whilst I found the car and came back to pick her and all the cases up.. because it was dark I didn't see the state of my car when I got in.. Before going on holiday I had add my car cleaned inside and out.. when I got in my car the day after I found there was big muddy boot prints on the carpet.. I was extremely upset and hence I won't be using this service again!!! 😡

Paid extra for indoor parking but when returned my car was outside and covered in leaves and dead tree blossom! Obviously this hadn't happened in a couple of hours so can only assume it had been there for the full 2weeks. Would book again but waste of money paying extra for indoor parking.

This is very close to the airport and literally takes 3 minutes transfer. Very professional, I was in and out and on the bus and at the airport really quickly.

Not sure that my car was kept undercover as advertised and what I paid for. The brakes were stuck on as though it had been kept in the place where it was parked on our return for quite a while, which was outside right at the end of the row. I could understand if there were an outside AND inside option, but we paid for car to be stored inside and we don't think it was.

Firstly was told to go on wrong bus at 2am with 7 year old child in tow , then goes to pick my car up and while they tried to jump start my car broke battery terminal, and didn't inform reception!!! And apparently from what I was informed they had attempted to start my car at least hours before, but no one informed me thus leaving me abandoned at an airport with a upset 7 year old at 2am APPALLING!!!!

I am totally dissatisfied with your service. When I collected my car it was parked in an overflow carpark outside your compound. This meant that I had to walk in a badly lit area when it was raining at 2 in the morning for collection. Not only did I feel vulnerable but I am disabled. Also, clearly the car was not being stored in a secure place. I had paid an addition amount for the car to be stored indoors and this was not the case. Your contract says that someone will be there to check the car over with me on collection and this did not happen either. I did ring on the 9th to complain but no one answered the phone. As you have breached the terms of our contract, I would request a full refund. I would be grateful of a response within the next 7 days and can be contacted either by email or on.

Staff very helpful,facilities looked good ,but disappointed at the fact of payed for indoor parking but car was covered in bird droppings also waited far to long for transfer bus even after phone call so much for monitoring flights .

When we got back to pick up the car I had to go to the overflow car park. This was not even in your compound but across the road. This was in the pouring rain and in a poorly lit area at 2 in the morning where I did not feel safe and neither was my car. I paid for the car to be kept under cover when I was away and would not expect to walk so far for collection. My contract also states you would check 'everything was OK' on collection and this did not happen. I tried to ring yesterday to complain but the phone was not answered. In conclusion,I do not feel you maintained your contractual agreement with me to keep the car safe within your compound, keep the car under cover (which I paid extra for), have the car readily available for collection on my return and check it over on my return so would request a full refund. I look forward to your response within the next 7 days. You have my email address and my mobile number is.
