Everything went smoothly thank you. Next time I need to find out how to park in a disabled bay when I have to take my badge with me especially as there were lots of disabled bats free and we had to hunt for a normal one.

I had to spend an extra day away when my flight was cancelled, so I got in touch to find out what I should do about my car, I found the online chat facility really useful and reassuring. Although when i returned to Liverpool at 3am the procedure for paying extra for my stay was not as described by the online staff. So took longer to exit the car park. Everything else was fine and would recommend.

On leavening the barrer did not raze, the speaker on the machine was faulty (right hand side) the attendant came and pressed the button to raise the barter, there was no notice to do that

The exit is very poorly labelled so finding it was quite irritating but the car park itself was secure and very close to the terminal which was great.

Not smooth, registration plate recognition and ticket dispensers not working on arrival, very difficult to get anyone on the phone to inform them of the problem. No real alternative when considering reuse when flying from Liverpool.

1.Postcode for car park on Booking Confirmation form took us to wrong car park 2.When we arrived at the right car park, there was no empty space and we where forced to park on curbed island, so did several other people. 3.To add insult to injury, we received a £100 parking fine on our return (we appealed). So I will definitely not recommend your company to anybody, I will in fact do the opposite.

No issues with Holiday Extras but there seems to be a problem at Liverpool Airport in recognising the booking. We frequently have to call for help when leaving the car park. On this occasion my number plate was recognised but not associated with the booking reference.

encourage people to move through the first car parks [as they are inevitably full and that there are other car parks with spaces going through the underpass. Big arrows directing them would help too.
