when we arrived a guy was waiting with a board up with our name. we booked a shuttle bus on arrival and return but was dropped off and picked up in a car. excellent service will be using them again. thank you.

We had a problem leaving the car park on our return from holiday. The kiosk asked us for a payment of £82 and we had to ring for assistance; the problem was soon sorted out.

Staff were helpful only problem was that the barrier was not working (identifying the car registration) therefore on my return I had to leave friends with the luggage outside the airport while I went to the kiosk.

On arrival at car park my registration was not recognised and staff had no knowledge of my booking. Car park ticket had to be collected on button press and validation took place on my return.

Yes, until the time came to leave the car park. After inserting the card the machine said I owed £82 even though I had pre-paid! Had to buzz the operator who then let me out (I don't think I've been billed twice??)
