It's important to know that, unlike most other major airports, hotels at Heathrow aren't allowed to operate their own hotel shuttle bus, instead there's a common shuttle called the Hotel Hoppa, sometimes referred to as the Heathrow Hoppa.
The Hotel Hoppa has over 200 services per day, from 04:00 AM until 23:00 PM, connecting over 20 nearby hotels with Terminals 2, 3, and 5, with plans underway to serve Terminal 4 soon.
